In cooperation with our local host, the Michigan Crime Victim Services Commission, NAVAA is arranging a special tour of the Ford Rogue Factory. The Ford Rogue Factory, located just about three miles from our Conference hotel, is listed in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places and as a U.S. Historic Landmark District.
This is an optional, pre-conference activity that will depart from the hotel at 2:30 pm, Monday, September 13 and return to the hotel by 5:30 pm.
The cost, including bus transportation to and from the factory, is $25 per person. Tour reservations must be made no later than Friday, August 27. Because firm arrangements must be made two weeks in advance, late reservations cannot be accepted.

Ford Rouge Factory Tour is a self-guided five-part experience that includes: Legacy Theater, Art of Manufacturing Theater, Observation Deck, Dearborn Truck Plant and the Legacy Gallery. .

Learn about the triumphs and tragedies surrounding the Rouge, much of it told through rare, never-before-seen historic footage.

A multi-sensory theater experience including a 360-degree look at how automobiles are made!

Observation Deck Tour -
View the world’s largest living roof from our 80-foot-high Observation Deck.

Assembly Plant Walking Tour -
See where the new Ford F-150s are assembled in a new lean and flexible manufacturing plant. Visitors will have the opportunity to view the final assembly process from an elevated walkway.
Variable time: 30-45 minutes

Legacy Gallery -
View five historic vehicles made at the Rouge including the 20,000,000th Ford, hop in a new F-150, and visit our Factory Store.
